Follow the below steps in order to apply

Note: For Postal Applications, follow step 1 and step 2, and then apply for postal application by loggin-in. Click Here to log-in. Follow the step-by-step direction to prepare your postal package and send it to the correct Alankit Global Service Centre as per your jurisdiction. Please ensure to attach your proof of payment in your postal package.

Note: If any additional documents is required based on the application, the applicant have to provide the same.

Note:  Please bring all the required original documents for verification.

Fees Details

Note: If fingerprint or facial biometrics, or both, are not required for the selected service, the corresponding biometric charges for these services will be deducted from the total fees payable by the applicant.

To ensure safe and timely return of documents, courier service is the standard mode of delivery for all applications submitted to Alankit Global Service Centre’s.

Courier Charges

• €26 – Within Province (with Insurance & Tracking)
• €33 – Outside Province (with Insurance & Tracking)

All applications, especially postal applications are processed with return courier service to avoid delays and ensure secure delivery.

Bank Transfer Charges

An additional €0.50 applies for payments made via bank transfer, to cover transaction fees.
