If a minor’s Indian passport has been lost, stolen, or damaged, an application may be submitted for re-issue in order to obtain a replacement passport. This service applies to applicants below 18 years of age and is subject to consular verification and the consent of parent(s) or legal guardian(s).
Alankit Global assists parents and guardians in Germany with the preparation and submission readiness of applications for re-issue of minor passports in such cases. Our role is limited to facilitation and documentation support only. We do not influence consular decisions or processing outcomes. The review, approval, and issuance of the replacement passport remain solely under the authority of the concerned consular office.
Support during the preparation stage may include:
- Reviewing documents to ensure completeness and proper arrangement
- Guidance in completing and submitting the online passport application
- Printing and photocopying assistance
- Photograph services as per prescribed specifications
- Internet kiosk access
- Secure handling, collection, and dispatch of documents
These services are intended to help parents and guardians in Germany manage the process efficiently, minimize documentation discrepancies, and ensure that applications are submitted in a clear and organized manner before consular processing.
